Downpipe - 3 inch downpipe with flex coupler

 

Elbow - 3 inch Elbow by 40bob

 

Upper Intake - Gutted upper intake by 40bob coupled with a 60mm throttlebody

 

Lower Intake - Knife edge lower intake by 40bob

 

Diamond Forged Turbo Pistons - 0.030" over

 

Rods -  5.2 inch length Esslinger Racing Ultra-lite billet rods

 

Cam - Boport's Stage 2.1 cam with increased valve lift, Boport valvetrain, and Boport 1.89 intake valves and 1.59 exhaust valves

 

Turbo - SC50 Precision turbo (nonwater cooled) - 0.60 AR compressor/0.63 STg3 exhaust wheel with internal gate. Port has been opened up to provide max control over the turbo.

Intercooler - Front Mount (FMIC) the Intercooler is 18 x 6 x 3 inches and has tanks on top and bottom

 

Oil Pan - 6 - 1/2 quart capacity, 3 gates with hinged doors, windage tray, and a side mounted crankshaft scraper
    

 

Stock turbo crank - turned 0.010 inches 

 

Aluminum Radiator

Core Size: 621mm x 428mm; Rows: 2 Inlet: 32mm; Outlet: 38mm; Core Thickness: 50mm Tank; Wall Thickness: 2mm

 

Clutch - Spec Stage 3 clutch and Spec aluminum flywheel - Approx. Torque Capacity: 425

 

Lowering Springs - Ford Racing "B" springs. Front springs are rated at 425/530 lbs/in. and lower the front approx 0.875 inches. Rear springs are rated at 200/300 lbs./in. and lower the rear approx 0.500 inches.

 

Block - 2.3L turbo block bored 0.030 over

 

2.3T Header - The 3rd generation big log header by 40bob. It has 1.5" ID primaries and 2.02" ID Log. It is coated & has EGR.

Injectors - Low Impedance, Ball and Seat 65 lb/hr
